Family Beach Day!


Daddy discusses the finer points of seashell hunting with little Sparrow.



But she'd rather be chasing the birds.



Then she does the "robot" for a while, though the pink mushroom hate shatters the image a bit.


Sequoia works steadily to build a sandcastle to rival all sandcastles.

Beachini


Stephanie sits down and comforts the beach, preparing the landscape for the frenzy that is Sequoia


Dan calmly combs the mats from the beach front, while Sequoia's wild smile reveals more deviant intentions.


Sequoia lands waterside and taunts the fading tide.


Sparrow buries her head in embarrassment at her elder sister's irreverent actions


Before departing Sequoia and her father leave a silhouette stamp on the abashed beach.

Pirate Dillanquoia


Stagger on up, ya mangy land lubber
and I'll tell yee of Dillan, a pirate like no other.


Dillan be the most comfortable pirate you're ever to meet.
With big metal boots that make a nice seat.


His unwavering arm truly inspires
As he indicates the direction to turn your tires.


You can leave your car at this locale so serene
For Dillan the patron pirate of parking lots is on the scene

Sandquoia


Beckoned by the unadorned landscape, Sequoia arrives at the beach just in time


"Sand is soooooo 90's" assesses certified Beach Decorator Sequoia, "Sticks have a certain vertical panache. Sticks ARE the new sand."


Sequoia and her kindergarden crew set to work scouring driftwood for patina favored by the shabby beach chic.


Sequoia lounges in the stark wooden aesthetic of the now.

Sequoia and the purple seabear search



Sequoia and her father gaze into the distance of a misty ocean afternoon in search of the legendary purple seabear.



Sequoia questions a stalwart wall of willful mussells. The bashful bivalves keep thier secrets but motion to the rocky shallows nearby.




Sequoia peers down at a rebellous anemone who boasts of once dating the purple seabear's elder sister. After exchanging unpleasantries the fractious filter feeder points Sequoia to a nearby outcropping.



Sequoia relentlessly relaxes in the seabear's native habitat perplexed at the complete lack of legendary purple beasts.



A smile of recognition bursts across Sequoia as she realizes Sequoia herself is expressing inner purple seabear.
