Sequoia and the shoe conspiracy

Sequoia is disquieted by the untimely realization that she will not fit in her father's shoes.

Undaunted by a small gang of paternal footwear, Sequoia explores her father's sock option with similarly unsatisfactory results.

Stubbornly attempting to force fatherly sock complience, Sequoia learns at an early age that more is not the same as better.

A nearby boot quietly confides to Sequoia, "Don't worry, you'll find your own shoes someday."
